4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken along with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. ( I cooked on high for 1 hour, and then low for 2 hours I didn't have 7 hours to make this.)
6. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauce pan and saute the onion and garlic.
7. Add the condensed cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth to the sauce pan. Stir mixture until smooth.
8. Add mixture to crock pot and cook on low for another hour.
